WWE Greatest Royal Rumble Predictions [Results/Spoilers]

Welcome everyone to the Greatest Royal Rumble Predictions where my predictions are going to be great and the matches are great and everything is going to be great.

We have a 50-man Royal Rumble to win a fecking trophy, 7 championship matches and casket match, it is all happening at the GREATEST Royal Rumble ever….great (I’ll stop with the great puns now 😛 )

NON-TITLE MATCHES:

• The Undertaker vs Rusev in a Casket MatchThe match that should have been against Chris Jericho is now the match against Rusev in the first casket match since 2015 where Daniel Bryan defeated Kane.This should be a fun match and I am hoping that The Undertaker wins.
  

• John Cena vs. Triple H
  
  Big Match John is back facing big nosed Paul for “Once in a lifetime” match where the two square off. There has been no build for this, so I can’t comment on it much, so I’ll have to give this match to John Cena.

•  The Greatest Royal Rumble Match (50-Man)Well, I really do not know who this could be or even to think who would be the one to win this as the winner (apparently) receives a trophy for winning…

If I had to hedge a bet, I would say… Andrade “Cien” Almas – WINNER: Braun Strowman 

TITLE MATCHES

•  Cedric Alexander (C) vs Kalisto for the Cruiserweight ChampionshipI am really enjoying Cedric Alexander. His match at Wrestlemania was fantastic and the product has gotten better ever since Drake Maverick became GM of 205 Live. Kalisto should get a 2nd run of title as he is a good lucha…thing. Kalisto to win.

• Jeff Hardy (C) vs. Jinder Mahal for the United States ChampionshipJeff having the US Title is what he needed and I would like to see him carry the title until Survivor Series. He is still great in the ring and a great fighting champion and now that he is on SmackDown, he has got some good opponents to go up against.Jinder is on RAW and this is just a rematch…Probably won’t amount to much. Jeff to retain.

• Bray Wyatt & “Woken” Matt Hardy vs. Sheamus & Cesaro for the RAW Tag Team ChampionshipBray Wyatt & Matt Hardy are fantastic as a tag team and it would be nice for Matt to have a championship and a 3rd title reign for Bray would be cool too. Bray Wyatt & Matt Hardy to win.

• The Bludgeon Brothers (C) vs. The Usos for the SmackDown Tag Team ChampionshipThe Bludgeon Brothers looks very very strong recently and their attacks on The Usos have been nothing short of fantastic. I can see this being an exciting match. The Bludgeon Brothers to retain.

• Seth Rollins (C) vs The Miz vs. Finn Bálor vs. Samoa Joe in a ladder match for the Intercontinental Championship.Seth Rollins has just got the IC title but hasn’t done a whole heck of a lot with it since he won it at Wrestlemania. While I don’t see a title change here, it is going to set up a nice feud between Rollins and Balor on RAW and Miz & Joe on SmackDown. For now, Seth is going to retain.

• AJ Styles (C) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE Championship“WHY DOES HE KEEP HITTING ME IN THE DICK?!?!”I am loving this feud. Loving heel Nakamura. His new theme that debuted this week on SmackDown Live was just brilliant. This has been a fantastic feud from the get go…From the dream match at Wrestlemania to low blows every week, this is going to be a fantastic match and I hope that Nakamura wins the WWE Championship

  RESULT: Double Countout

•  Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Roman Reigns in Steel Cage Match for the Universal Championship
  
  Oh boy, this match…This is just a repeat of their Wrestlemania match but this time, it has a added steel cage.I am hating this feud, it is getting stupid.. Just pull the trigger WWE, give Roman Reigns the belt! It’s not because I want Roman to have it, it’s more that I don’t want Brock to have it any longer.Brock is just so bland when it comes to being a champion. Doesn’t talk, no shows and then signs a contract with UFC. I would prefer to have a active full-time champion instead of Brock Lesnar.

And that is my predictions for the Greatest Royal Rumble. I do want to apologise for how sparse this prediction was… I have moving house and I haven’t had time this week to sit down and do a proper analysis of the PPV.
