So about RAW & SmackDown Live (1st / 2nd April 2019)

So about RAW & SmackDown Live… For a go-home show for Wrestlemania, this was the most disappointing. It sucked out the life out of most of the matches as there were no ‘Big Promos’ to hype up any of the matches.

Some of the booking decisions that were made for this week’s RAW & SmackDown could have been left till an episode of WWE Main Event.

Anyway, let’s get on with the show. 

RAW

  • Stephanie McMahon comes out to announce that the Triple Threat Match between Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey & Becky Lynch will now be a “Winner Takes All” after Charlotte Flair won the SmackDown Women’s Championship on last week’s SmackDown Live. 
  • Bastisa says “Kiss my ass” to Triple H
  • Apollo Crews wins against Jinder Mahal
  • Charlotte, Ronda & Becky get arrested after breaking out into a brawl.
  • Heavy Machinery defeat Bobby Roode & Chad Gable
  • THE DEMON FINN BALOR IS GOING TO BE AT WRESTLEMANIA!!!
  • Baron Corbin defeated Rey Mysterio. Mysterio would be later announced to have broken his ankle. Real shame 🙁 

SMACKDOWN LIVE

  • Randy Orton converts a Phenomenal Forearm into an RKO. 
  • The Uso & Aleister Black & Ricochet defeat The Bar & Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev. The 4 teams will be in a Fatal 4-way for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship at Wrestlemania.
  • The Miz defeated SAnitY…SAnitY are very much alive.
  • A FREAKIN 18-PERSON MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
  • Samoa Joe defeated Ali
  • The contract signing between Daniel Bryan & Kofi Kingston went off without any brawling… Surprise surprise.

Sorry that this week wasn’t as long…there was a lot of fluff.
