So about last night... SmackDown Live (05/03/2019)

So about (2 nights ago) SmackDown Live. At this point, I am thinking about changing the name of the series so I can be a bit more lax in releasing these things. But anyway, here we go.

Introduction

Most of it is a SKIP but Daniel Owens came out to hype up the WWE Championship match between him and Kevin Owens at Fastlane this Sunday.

Fatal 4-way for the United States Championship.

It was another open challenge for the United States Championship. I will admit that R-Truth’s reign as US champion was better than Shinsuke’s and Rusev’s put together.

This week, it was a Fatal 4-way involving R-Truth, Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio & Andrade

As a surprise twist to this whole thing, it would be Samoa Joe who would win and he is now the NEW United States Champion. Congratulations to him.

Main Event (Yep, it was mostly a SKIP night)

Rowan would lose to Kevin Owens by the returning Mustafa Ali who was sidelined some time ago due to injury.

So it was a moot episode of the show and a disappointing go home show for the PPV this Sunday
