Big Cass has been released from WWE

WWE has released a one line statment saying the following:

WWE has come to terms on the release of William Morrissey (Big Cass).

Nothing else has been said on the matter and what is most interesting is that there is no “future endeavours” that WWE generally puts into its releases.

Big Cass did have some backstage heat but it was never disclosed as to why.

I will update this article once I have more information.

UPDATE: I have obtained more information regarding this firing.

There was a meeting between Triple H and Vince McMahon today regarding the following topics:

• Backstage Issues & Arguments
• Going Into Business For Himself (Basically Going Off Script)
• Incident On Plane

Vince McMahon gave the call himself to terminate his contract.
